Haşim Kırık Law & Consultancy conducts all of its activities in line with the principles of Rule of Law, Respect for Personal Data, Accountability, Result-Oriented Approach, Accessibility, Transparency, and Confidentiality.
Guided by the principle of the rule of law, we not only comply with national legislation but also carry out our professional activities with regard to universal legal principles. We believe that the rule of law is the main pillar of justice, and that without upholding this principle, the integrity of existence itself is undermined.
Haşim Kırık Law & Consultancy also embraces the principle of respect for personal data and has taken the necessary measures to ensure compliance with this principle in all of its operations. The firm has the technical infrastructure to archive, anonymise, or destroy personal data obtained in the course of professional activities, in accordance with legal requirements.
Alongside respect for personal data, confidentiality is also prioritised. The confidentiality of all information and documents belonging to clients and third parties is safeguarded. Our approach is that information should remain within the office and not be shared with official institutions unless absolutely necessary.
Furthermore, we adopt a results-oriented approach, prioritising the fastest legal remedies that will achieve the intended outcome. Methods that are unsuitable or that would not provide benefit to the client are avoided, with each case and matter being handled specifically on its own merits.
Accessibility is another principle embraced by Haşim Kırık Law & Consultancy. In this respect, a central telephone system has been established, ensuring that incoming calls are not left unanswered and are regularly monitored.
Haşim Kırık Law & Consultancy recognises that maintaining a transparent system with clients is one of the most important principles for sustainability. Accordingly, weekly and monthly reports are prepared on a regular basis, and clients are kept informed about planned steps.
Our Working Principles
Haşim Kırık Law & Consultancy utilises Lexpera, Legal Online, Jurix, and Hein Online systems to remain up to date in legislative, case law, and doctrinal research.
The firm also has a robust technical infrastructure for case management and filing. With a system that enables the secure storage of data in digital environments, all physical documents are also preserved virtually, ensuring client access to digital records. Physical archiving is organised on a client basis and further categorised into sub-files for lawsuits and enforcement proceedings, ensuring orderly archiving of documents in both physical and digital formats.
Additionally, when provided by clients, the firm can swiftly adapt to various archiving and reporting software infrastructures, particularly SAP.
To facilitate payments and improve collections, Haşim Kırık Law & Consultancy also employs a virtual POS system in cooperation with PARAM, offering debtors the option of making instalment payments by credit card. Clients are not charged any fees or commissions for using this system.
The firm also actively uses the UYAP (National Judiciary Informatics System). Through regular checks on the system, the firm can be informed in advance of actions not yet formally notified, allowing for preventive measures to be taken or processes to be expedited when necessary.
Haşim Kırık Law & Consultancy places great importance on personal data. In this regard, technological safeguards are implemented and applied to ensure the security of personal data archived in both digital and physical environments.

About Us
Why Us?
Haşim Kırık Law & Consultancy was founded in 2022 in Bursa with a vision of treating law not just as a profession, but as a problem-solving tool that positively impacts the lives of our clients. The firm’s founder, Attorney Haşim Kırık, began his academic journey in 2012 by ranking 881st in the nationwide LYS exam, earning a full scholarship to Kadir Has University Faculty of Law. After graduating in 2017, he solidified his expertise with invaluable experience as a trainee lawyer and attorney at leading law firms and companies in Istanbul.
His desire to combine the knowledge he gained with his own philosophy led him to establish his own firm in 2022. Haşim Kırık’s core principle is not just to win cases but to ensure his clients fully understand the legal processes and feel secure throughout. He continued to support this philosophy with his academic pursuits. In 2023, he successfully defended his thesis titled “Right to Disconnect” completing his fully-funded master’s program in Private Law at Kadir Has University, for which he was accepted with a 95.30 score on the 2016 ALES exam. He was accepted into the Private Law PhD program at Bursa Uludağ University with a 92.01 ALES score from the same year, and he continues his studies there today.
